I can't see the flavour of honey having much impact on an APA. The C hops you are using are going to swamp the delicate aromas. It would probably lighten the body a bit in the second recipe, but you could do that with sugar.
ReplyDeleteI was just using the recipe generator for the second recipe and that is what it recommended to me.
ReplyDeleteNever got around to doing either of these due to illness but i am looking into a mix of the two, the fermentables from the first coupled with the hop additions of the second.
The only reason for the honey is that i have some lying around and would like to use it in a brew.
I think you should make a mango cider or kangaroo flavoured beer ummm ripper lol What about a rhubarb flavered beer or fruit salad flavour beer ummmmmmmmmm How are the sessions in the beer house these days man?
ReplyDelete*flavoured, sorry about typo but just excited about all this talk of beer! lol
